Approved applicants receive the current wholesale price list and ordering instructions by email. The price list is not published.
Standard wholesale terms
- Wholesale pricing generally begins at 50% of the current suggested retail price.
- Opening order minimum: $500.
- Reorder minimum: $250.
- Minimum quantity: 3 units per product.
- Mixed-product orders are accepted.
- New accounts must pay in full before shipment.
- The wholesale buyer pays shipping, duties and import charges.
- Unsold products and slow-moving inventory are not returnable.
- Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop and other third-party marketplace sales require written approval.
- Products must remain in their original DNA Global Herbs packaging.
- Retailers may only use approved product descriptions and may not make disease-treatment or guaranteed-results claims.
Each retailer determines its own final selling prices. DNA Global Herbs may provide suggested retail prices, but these are a guide and not an agreed mandatory resale price.

What is required to apply
Applicants must provide:
- Legal business name
- Contact name
- Business email
- Telephone number
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Business website or social media page
- Type of business
- Sales channels where the products will be offered
- Federal EIN, when applicable
- State resale or sales-tax exemption certificate
North Carolina resale purchases may be documented using Form E-595E, the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, or the required electronic exemption information.
