What a consultation is
Consultations with Adina, Master Herbalist, provide traditional herbal wellness guidance: reviewing your wellness goals, explaining our formulas, and helping you choose products suited to your situation. Consultations are NOT medical appointments, do not provide diagnoses or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Booking and payment

Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, forfeit the consultation fee.
Your responsibilities
Please share accurate information about medications, allergies, pregnancy or nursing status, and medical conditions, and confirm any guidance with your healthcare provider before acting on it.
