Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Shipping rates
- United States: rates calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship FREE within the US.
- International: rates calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery varies by destination and customs, typically 7–21 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
International customs and import rules
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country, and for confirming that herbal products may be imported into their country. DNA Global Herbs is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or seized by customs, and such orders are not eligible for refund.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days (US) or 21 days (international), contact sales@dnaglobalherbs.com and we will open a trace with the carrier.
